ضحايا الزلزالين المزدوجين الذين ضربا تركيا بقوة 7.8 ريختر، و7.5 ريختر في حالة تزايد مستمرة منذ يوم 6 فبراير/شباط 2023، والسبب في ذلك كثافة الدمار الذي جعل قسم كبير من الجرحى عالقين تحت أطنان من الركام، وفعليا تسبب هذين الزلزالين بانقسام أرضي بعرض أكثر من 50 متر وعمق 40 متر في منطقة هاتاي بتركيا
